Our lexicon projects
Thus far, we have worked on five major collections of lexical decision data:
- The Dutch Lexicon Project, which contains lexical decision data for more than 14,000 Dutch words.
- The Dutch lexicon project is described in this paper.
- Use our online interface to get reaction times and accuracy scores for your stimuli or generate lists of stimuli on the basis of filters.
- The raw data are available in different formats from this directory.
- Average reaction times and accuracies for stimuli (Excel, R, Tab delimited text)
- Stimulus characteristics (word frequency measures, neighborhood measures, morphological and syntactical [PoS] information) (Excel, R, Tab delimited Text)
- Trial by trial reaction times and accuracies (R, Tab delimited text)
- The Dutch Lexicon Project 2, which contains lexical decision data for 30K Dutch lemmas.
- The Dutch Lexicon Project 2 is described in this paper.
- Here you find the raw data for list 1 and list 2, including columns with outliers excluded, and imputed values for missing observations (errors and outliers).
- This file includes the average reaction times and accuracies per stimulus.
- This file includes information about the participants who took part in the study.
- Stimulus characteristics (word frequency measures, neighborhood measures, morphological and syntactical [PoS] information) of the words used.
- The British Lexicon project, which contains lexical decision data for over 28,000 monosyllabic and disyllabic English words.
- The British lexicon project is described in this paper (open access).
- The data are available in different formats from this directory.
- Average reaction times and accuracies for stimuli (Excel, R, Tab delimited text)
- Stimulus characteristics (word frequency measures, neighborhood measures, morphological and syntactical [PoS] information) (Excel, R, Tab delimited Text)
- Syllabification for nonword stimuli (Text)
- Trial by trial reaction times and accuracies (R, Tab delimited text)
- The Dutch Crowdsourcing Project, which contains word recognition times for 54,319 Dutch words in a Y/N vocabulary recognition task.
- The project is described in this paper (open access).
- The data summarized per word can be found here.
- The raw data can be found here.
- The English Crowdsourcing Project (L1 speakers), which contains word recognition times for 61,851 English words in a Y/N vocabulary recognition task.
- The project is described in this paper (or this one if you do not have access)
- The data summarized per word can be found here.
- The raw data can be found here.
- The English Crowdsourcing Project (L2 speakers).
- Also contains word recognition times for 61.851 words
- The project is described in this paper.
- The data summarized per word can be found here.
- The Spanish Crowdsourcing Project SPALEX, which contains word recognition times for 45,389 Spanish words in a Y/N vocabulary recognition task.
- The project is described in this paper (open access).
- The reaction times are described in this paper.
- We have also contributed to the French Lexicon Project, which contains lexical decision times for over 38,000 French words and which you can find here.
